TART LIME/GRAPEFRUIT/UNFLAVORED - DIRECTIONS: Mix 1/2 stick pack (1 serving) with 16-20 oz cold water for daily hydration. If you're doing a heavier workout or it is a hot day, mix 1 full stick pack (2 servings) to 16-32 oz cold water for extra hydration support.
SALTED CARAMEL COFFEE - DIRECTIONS: Enjoy HOT or COLD: Mix 1 stick pack with 16-20 oz cold water. Shake or stir vigorously. Pour over ice for best results. Or, mix with 8-16 oz boiling water.
