I adapted a recipe that I found by the amazing @mariaemmerichfor a NO CHURN (no ice cream maker) keto ice cream. It was so simple! See link below or search on her website for “no churn keto ice cream.”
If your family doesn’t finish it after the two hour freeze time (unlikely), just let it sit for a few minutes to soften.

I followed Maria’s recipe and just added a packet of Tart Lime 🍋‍🟩 and a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Think… creamy, key lime pie vibes.

34mg Potassium

My particular body chemistry requires a lot of Potassium. Electrolyte balance is really difficult to fine tune actually. You can’t just take the sticks you buy at Costco and assume you’re good.

I’ve found a good ratio of the three: salt, magnesium, potassium that works wonders and my ratio is very high in potassium. Without the potassium, magnesium and salt take me straight to the toilet!

If you have ANY digestion issues, I suggest you work with whatever type of doctor/practitioner you use to come up with a good formula for you! It’s a game changer when you figure out your electrolyte balancing ratio.
