Mix 1/2 stick pack (1 serving) with 16-20 oz cold water for daily hydration. If you're doing a heavier workout or it is a hot day, mix 1 full stick pack (2 servings) to 16-32 oz cold water for extra hydration support.

not happy with the flavor at all and very dissapointed the company doesn't stand by their products if you're not happy and offer returns, so just wasted a ton of money on a terrible tasting product that i can't return.
The best flavor! I got the variety starter pack & then a full pack of the hibiscus lemonade. The hibiscus lemonade is the best HANDS DOWN! I was sad to see it’s a limited edition. It should be permanent! The lime is a great flavor too. The coffee and grapefruit are my least favorite - not for me.
I work outside for a living in South Carolina, I’ve been eager to try electrolyte powders, but most are filled with crap. I was excited to try this brand, loving it! I have noticed a huge difference in my heat tolerance & being properly hydrated! Though to be fully transparent, if/when hibiscus lemonade is no longer offered I will stop purchasing with you guys. The lime is a good flavor too so I may switch to lime, but the hibiscus lemonade is fabulous. I liked it so much I’ve finished a whole pack of it in 3 weeks! I’ve shared a couple with my coworkers since we are all working outside & ingredient conscious.
Only gripe with the product is that there are two servings per pouch. It’s a bit annoying to accurately get half the powder, then have to seal the pouch etc. First world problems, but it would be easier to have single servings so I can grab and go rather than taking the additional time.
These are great, love the flavor not overly salty.
This flavor is the most thirst quenching of all the flavors. Love it!

I love saltr electrolytes, but the hibiscus mixed with lemonade, not so much. The hibiscus flavor is too strong. We’ve been mixing the grapefruit in to kill it a bit, and it works! I would love to see just a straight lemonade or maybe mixed with a berry.

Obviously, during any kind of fast you can’t have snacks, but this @livesaltr Electrolyte Salt is giving me life! I’m putting it in my water and on the back of my hand like I’m about to take a tequila shot!
This electrolyte salt has:
300mg Sodium
17mg Magnesium
34mg Potassium
Per 1/4 Teaspoon Serving.
My particular body chemistry requires a lot of Potassium. Electrolyte balance is really difficult to fine tune actually. You can’t just take the sticks you buy at Costco and assume you’re good.
I’ve found a good ratio of the three: salt, magnesium, potassium that works wonders and my ratio is very high in potassium. Without the potassium, magnesium and salt take me straight to the toilet!
If you have ANY digestion issues, I suggest you work with whatever type of doctor/practitioner you use to come up with a good formula for you! It’s a game changer when you figure out your electrolyte balancing ratio.
