TART LIME DIRECTIONS: Mix 1/2 stick pack (1 serving) with 16-20 oz cold water for daily hydration. If you're doing a heavier workout or it is a hot day, mix 1 full stick pack (2 servings) to 16-32 oz cold water for extra hydration support.

It taste like a salty Sprite or 7-up. Regular electrolyte liquid drop are Yucky,therefore I don’t use. I look forward to this to take w/ me on the run and don’t get dehydrated 🥰

not happy with the flavor at all and very dissapointed the company doesn't stand by their products if you're not happy and offer returns, so just wasted a ton of money on a terrible tasting product that i can't return.
I love citrus flavors. The salty lime hit the spot.!! I use a 20 oz. Stainless steel container with the entire packet. It gets me through most of the day and helps with leg cramps at night.
Honestly the best electrolytes I've ever had. It really helps with pregnancy symptoms. I notice on the days when I forget to take this (which doesn't happen often), the headaches and leg cramps will start to creep back in, but when I'm consistent, it's smooth sailing. I also love the flavor. Strikes the perfect balance between sweet/salty/sour, without being over-powering in any direction. Def recommend and will continue to get this flavor and the grapefruit (and I don't even like real grapefruits!)
LOVE these!! I use two cans of blackberry flavored sparkling water (no calories) with it & somehow it tastes like key lime pie! Delicious! ❤️
Tart Lime Electrolyte is delicious. I am not able to handle a full serving, so I mix the large packet between two quart mason jars. This is about 40 -48 ounces of water. Then I drink about 4 ounces in more water when I am lifting weights or just back from a walk. The large packets are not as portable as the other brand I have used but I wasn’t able to ever drink a full serving of that brand either. The form of potassium and magnesium in Saltrz formulation is gentler on my stomach.
We love the taste of the Tart Lime electrolytes and we have less leg craps at night too.
Mixed with sparkling mineral water, these packets taste like a lighter, crisper lemon-lime soft drink. We mix one packet of the tart lime, one packet of the unsweetened electrolytes, and 2 33 oz bottles of sparkling mineral water for a very light, crisp summer drink. So refreshing!

Great electrolyte! I switched to this because of the O content of toxicity in the salt, trying to go as natural as possible. I am a definite customer now the only thing I wish on the electrolyte package ,is that it was a single serve. I have to judge an amount to put out to half the package when I mix it every morning. It’s not a complaint. It would just make it simpler if it was just a single package for each serving. Thank you very much for the great product!

Good quality product but does not dissolve as fully as other similar products I have used.
2 serving pouches are hard to properly divide.
These electrolytes are amazing! I have tried all the major brands, and most of them give me the runs. This one does not! Also, the mixture seems to be better, all around, for my stomach. I struggle with bouts of IBS, and these do not cause any reactions. Lastly, they are perfect, IMO, for Keto/High Protein+ Fat diets. I categorize my diet as closest to carnivore/keto, and these work perfectly in that spectrum. Good stuff.

This electrolyte salt has:
300mg Sodium
17mg Magnesium
34mg Potassium
Per 1/4 Teaspoon Serving.
My particular body chemistry requires a lot of Potassium. Electrolyte balance is really difficult to fine tune actually. You can’t just take the sticks you buy at Costco and assume you’re good.
I’ve found a good ratio of the three: salt, magnesium, potassium that works wonders and my ratio is very high in potassium. Without the potassium, magnesium and salt take me straight to the toilet!
If you have ANY digestion issues, I suggest you work with whatever type of doctor/practitioner you use to come up with a good formula for you! It’s a game changer when you figure out your electrolyte balancing ratio.
