DIRECTIONS: Mix 1/2 stick pack (1 serving) with 16-24 oz cold water for daily hydration. If you're doing a heavier workout or it is a hot day, mix 1 full stick pack (2 servings) to 32-48 oz cold water for extra hydration support.
